Roe Valley Walk – part 1

When the weather is fine around here you learn to make the most of it.

And a walk along the river at Roe Valley Country Park (turning right from the café) was just the job.

It’s an easy level walk on the footpath, alongside the river to the footbridge and return along the opposite bank.

It really is an attractive walk for all ages with plenty to spot. Oh, and the drive back to Hegarty’s Corner over Binevanagh and a very frosty Bishops Road had beautiful clear views over Magilligan.
