Sunset over Donegal …

We are incredibly lucky with the sunsets we get around Hegarty’s Corner and for that matter all along the Causeway Coast.

These snaps are taken just a couple of miles drive up behind HC to Gortmore Viewing Point at Binevanagh AONB.

A couple of our other favourite places for watching the sun setting are 1. Portstewart promenade with a Morelli’s ice cream in your hand and 2. Harry’s Shack on Portstewart Strand, sat on the decking with a cold beer or a large g&t. A fabulous atmosphere with or without the live music they regularly have … we need this lockdown over, obviously when it’s safe but aren’t we all missing ‘normal’ life?
