All Hallows on the City Walls …..

I think I’ve said before, the trains here run on time, you get a seat, they are warm and clean, have free wifi and are good value. Hence we took the train into Londonderry for their ‘Awakening of the Walls’ event.

Notice we took our Colorado hats with us (courtesy McCahan family). It was a chilly evening but crisp and dry. A lot of folk attending which at a couple of points on the walls meant you were toe to heel with the people in front of you. A small drawback to a popular event.

Just time for a brandy in the Blackbird before catching the free bus back to the Railway Station 🙂
