'Spent 8 days touring around the North of Ireland with friends from USA.  We happened upon Hegarty's Corner through word of mouth. (Best references to get).  Spent two wonderful nights with two amazing people.  Phil and Nova were very warm and inviting.  The house was so conveniently located to all the attractions we wanted to see.  The beds and shower were amazing and the grounds to the B&B were only made more perfect by Nova's green thumb.  The flower baskets were in bloom and set the tone for our stay.   It was by far the best nights sleep on my 8 day getaway.   Phil and Nova accommodated every query and request with enthusiasm.  Recommended great restaurants, told us about places to go visit that weren't on the tourist track and gave us maps to help us as we ventured out to see the spectacular sites on the Causeway Coast.  The places we visited and the wonders we saw were only highlighted by great accommodation.  Thank you Phil and Nova for the great experiences we encountered on our way.   I would highly recommend a stay at Hegarty's Corner.  You will not be disappointed.  I know my next visit to the Causeway Coast will include a stay at Hegarty's Corner Bed and Breakfast.'

I am so glad that I am able to have the first review (on Tripadvisor) of this stunning B&B which has just recently opened. Phil and Nova are so friendly and have put there stamp on this recently built Guest House overlooking Castlerock /North coast. They make you most welcome with tea/coffee and then show you to the beautiful bedrooms. The Breakfast in the morning is freshly made and really well presented and sets you up for the day ahead. This is a 5 star B&B. Looking forward to return visit, (Have a Coffee at the Sea Shed, Benone or Coffee Hut, Castlerock)

Occasionally we all come across a surprise location that exceeds our expectations and such is the experience of Hegarty’s Corner B&B. From the moment I arrived the hosts, Phil and Nova could not have been more welcoming. The house itself is fairly new and is spotless and exceptionally comfortable. The highlight for me was the breakfast - absolutely amazing. The location is less than 2 miles from Castlerock GC and you are guaranteed total quiet to enable a great nights sleep. I have no hesitation in recommending Hegarty’s Corner for any type of stay and I hope to return.

Our hosts Phil and Nova may be new to the B&B world but they've certainly done their research and deliver a high quality product. On arrival, 3 couples, we drew keys for room allocation, and there were no losers. All the rooms are spacious, immaculately appointed and with ensuite bathrooms. Breakfast was served at the splendid round table and was excellent - the bacon, sausages and black pudding from a local butcher were as good as any I've ever tasted. There is so much more I could add, but the summary would be high quality, excellent value B&B; if you're in the area book in and judge for yourself!

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful B & B, we were impressed by the whole place. The hosts, Phil and Nova, were very welcoming and made our stay at Hegartys Corner a five star experience. The room was spacious, with lovely modern decor, extremely comfortable beds, an en-suite bathroom, flat widescreen TV and lots of extra touches including a very good wi-fi connection. The breakfast, served at a big table in a bright airy room was excellent, with plenty of choice, including fresh fruit, yoghurt, in addition to a cooked breakfast. The B & B is located in a beautiful part of Northern Ireland, not far from the coast, where you can find stunning white beaches, long coastal walks, quaint little coves and picturesque seaside resorts. Looking forward to our next visit in the not too distant future

Top notch lodging - great hosts; great location

Six of us stayed with Phil and Nova for one night on a recent golf trip. After flying overnight from Canada and driving more or less three hours from Dublin we were warmly welcoming. Hegarty's Corner is a couple of kms outside of Castlerock - a beautiful rural setting yet very convenient to the town and it's golf links.

Phil was very helpful in suggesting a restaurant / pub for dinner, engaging us in conversation about the area and assisting by driving me to nearby Coleraine to deal with an issue I had with my computer. Above and beyond service.

The house is very new and modern; well designed for guests. The full Irish breakfast was a great way to start our day.

There is no question that if back in the area we would without question stay with Nova and Phil again.

Perfectly presented private B&B. Hegarty’s is a purpose built bungalow with three B&B rooms, each of which has a private toilet and a large, thermostatically controlled shower.
Unexpectedly, I turned up on crutches, so I appreciated the downstairs, step-free access, comfortably sized rooms. There is not even a step up into the shower.
The beds are single but supremely comfortable and provided with crisp cotton sheets and quilt, perfect for a good night’s rest after a day in the outdoors.
I drive an extra-long vehicle, but there was plenty of room to park it.
We are delighted and will be booking as early as possible to secure our visit next year.

Exceedingly Philnovamenal!
We stayed at Phil and Nova’s for a family trip. We were connecting with relatives and attending the British Open in Portrush. Our time with Phil and Nova was above and beyond and truly phenomenal. The location is idyllic, quiet, beautiful countryside, but close to all the things you might want to visit in Norther Ireland. The house is spotless and comfortable, and the food was amazing!

Phil and Nova did an amazing job of recommending and helping us find food, places to visit, and little suggestions you would never come up with on your own. They were so warm and accommodating it felt more like we were staying with friends than hosts. We would come back in a heartbeat thanks to the genuine connection we made with Phil and Nova and the incredible location. Thank you both!

Phenomenal !!!

Absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Phil and Nova were terrific hosts going above and beyond our expectations. We would have had a completely different visit to Ireland had we stayed somewhere else because we would have never seen all that we got to see thanks to Phil and Nova. Phil's communication and attention to details were second to none. We had an itinerary already put together, but Phil helped to make a few revisions while we were there and we loved every one.

We will definitely be contacting Phil and Nova again the next time we visit Northern Ireland.
